F.A.Q
1. How do I buy your dice?
My dice are sold only via my shop. I don’t do commissions and don’t sell dice via direct messages. The date of the next shop update is announced in instagram and twitter posts and stories 5-6 days before the update.
2. How much do they cost?
A full set is starting at $160, singles at $40, chonky d20 at $100.
International shipping is not included.
Payments on the site are via Paypal.
3. How long will it take for you to send the dice?
I pack and ship the dice within 5 business days after receiving payment.
4. How much does the shipping cost? Is there a tracking number?
Standard international shipping is $14. Each package gets a tracking number. However, the tracking is simplified and does not always display intermediary destinations. Shipping is flat-rate, whether you order one set of dice or more!
If you happen to make multiple orders, your orders will be consolidated. The excess shipping fee is gonna be refunded.
I send tracking numbers to email addresses specified in order details. If you have not received it in 7 days after the purchase, please contact me in any way that is suitable for you.
5. How much time does it take to deliver the dice?
I ship dice from Almaty, Kazakhstan. Shipping might take from 3 weeks to 3 month depending on your location.
6. Are your dice balanced?
"My dice are balanced enough for a good time" (с) SunshadeauArts
6. What are your dice made of?
My dice are made of crystal epoxy resin. I do the whole manufacturing process myself, which means I make my own molds, mix resin, choose decorations, inclusions and dyes, then I sand, polish the dice and ink the numbers on the sides. The resin that I use is UV-proof and as hard as plastic, but to keep your dice looking good, please follow the rules you can find in “General recommendations” section
7. Do you trade dice?
Unfortunately at the moment I don’t.
Disclaimer: These dice are a hand-made item. I strive to make my dice perfect, but from time to time there may be minute scratches or other traces of manufacturing process. These imperfections are not always visible in pictures or videos. We don't ever intentionally retouch scratches and other defects, we don't even fix color to make them brighter. In fact we try to dim them a little in order to not disappoint you when you actually receive your dice. But the camera we use to take these pictures and amount of light we use, sometimes bring out something new even to me, the maker of these dice.
In order to show you these dice in different conditions we take pictures of the whole set on dark and bright backgrounds. Also recently I started to save videos of all the sets in instagram highlights. I hope it will help you to form a proper perception of the dice you plan to buy.
