General recommendations

To ensure that you have the best experience with your dice and keep them looking as good as new for longer, please follow the rules below.

  1. Store your dice away from children and pets.
Dice may look like candy, but they are inedible items with sharp edges regardless. Dice are a choking hazard and may cause injury (trust me, stepping on a d4 is more painful than stepping on a Lego brick!)

  2. Store your dice away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Epoxy resin is UV-resistant and the risk of yellowing is close to zero but never none. Besides, some pigments and dyes used in the making of the dice are alcohol based, and prolonged UV exposure may cause color fading. Extreme hot or cold conditions (i.e. a hot car or a freezer) may affect the resin, so the dice should be stored and used at room temperature.

  3. To avoid scratching or scuffing please store dice separately.  A dice tray with a soft inner layer should be used while playing.

  4. To keep the surface of your dice clean, use soft fabrics, i.e. microfibre, to remove dirt, dust or fingerprints. Do not soak the dice in water, as it may lead to separation of paint on the digits.

  5. Do not treat dice with chemicals such as acetone, alcohol, paint thinner, etc., as they may damage the surface of the dice.

Disclaimer: These dice are a hand-made item. I strive to make my dice perfect, but from time to time there may be minute scratches or other traces of manufacturing process. These imperfections are not always visible in pictures or videos. We don't ever intentionally retouch scratches and other defects, we don't even fix color to make them brighter. In fact we try to dim them a little in order to not disappoint you when you actually receive your dice. But the camera we use to take these pictures and amount of light we use, sometimes bring out something new even to me, the maker of these dice.

In order to show you these dice in different conditions we take pictures of the whole set on dark and bright backgrounds. Also recently I started to save videos of all the sets in instagram highlights. I hope it will help you to form a proper perception of the dice you plan to buy.
